• Shipping Liability: Velsley is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

• Order Changes: Cancellations or address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed due to our rapid processing.

• Fraud: Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in legal action.
