Returns & Refunds

  • General Policy: All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products you or your customers simply do not like.

  • Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. You are not required to return these products to us. To process a claim, you must provide supporting materials, including clear photos or videos of the products, shipping labels, and records of the issue. We will provide a full or partial refund or a free reshipment based on the verification of your claim.

  • Lost Packages: A package is considered lost if the tracking information has not been updated for more than 45 days. In such cases, we will file a claim with the carrier and provide you with a full refund.

  • Inventory/Reasonless Returns: Manufacturers generally do not accept returns without a reasonable cause. If a manufacturer exceptionally agrees to a return, the product must be in an intact condition suitable for secondary sale. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and refunds will be based on the manufacturer’s discounted price.
